What is Rotary?

The Rotary Club of Auberry Intermountain was chartered in 1996. The club serves all of the northeastern foothills and mountain region of Eastern Fresno County, California. Members meet on the 1st, 2 nd and 4 th Thursday of the month at 7 a.m. for a light breakfast, social interaction and a brief program. Our 3 rd Thursday is a dinner meeting at 6 p.m. and we welcome guest to attend. The sessions last exactly one hour. |

The 15th Annual Musick Mountain Music Festival was held August 27, 2011. The Delta Wires, from the Bay area, headed this year's event. Joining them was Renegade Toys, Big Mountain Blues Force (featuring Bill Conte, Marty Grebb and Ray Appleton) and Vinyl. Thanks to all of you that attended, the event was able to nearly double the revenue from 2010. This money is used to fund several local community events and organizations.
Belonging to a Rotary club gives men and women an enjoyable and organized way to make a contribution to their community. Rotary members plan club, community, and international service activities. By using their skills and expertise globally, members also enhance their professional network, career development, and cross-cultural understanding.
Rotary clubs are nonreligious, nongovernmental, and open to every race, culture, and creed.
Sierra High School has an active affiliate of the Rotary Club of Auberry Intermountain, Inc. called Sierra Interact. Interact clubs are service organizations for young people ages 12 to 18.
